Gary Dvorchak, CFA , , , Managing Director

Gary joined Blueshirt Group to establish its Asia practice. Gary brings significant capital markets and media expertise to Blueshirt. Before joining Blueshirt from a competing IR firm, he had two decades of experience as a portfolio manager and analyst in the institutional investment management business. Gary co-founded an investment boutique that successfully IPOed a closed-end mutual fund (NYSE:FAV); was a portfolio manager on a long-short equity fund; and was a co-portfolio manager (covering technology) for an institutional small cap strategy with over $4 billion of AUM. Gary started his investment career in research at investment bank Hambrecht & Quist. From 2004 through 2014, Gary was a high profile contributor to Jim Cramer’s Real Money financial news website. Gary earned his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Before business school, Gary spent four years in the computer industry as a software developer and project manager. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Gary earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1996. Gary resides in Beijing, China.

Feifei Shen, CFA , , , Managing Director

Feifei joined Blueshirt Group in 2021 to help build the cleantech, Asia, and public relations practices. Previously, she was an award-winning reporter for Bloomberg, covering the solar industry from Beijing. Before moving into media, she was an analyst in Bloomberg New Energy Finance. Feifei holds an MS in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Manchester University in the U.K. Feifei has passed Level 3 of the CFA. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Feifei is based in our Beijing office.

Jack Wang , , , Managing Director

Jack brings an extensive background in investor relations and international communications to our team. He has a proven track record in effectively shaping and leading investor relations strategies for companies at pivotal stages of growth. His most recent position was that of an Investor Relations Director at a prominent Chinese EdTech firm. In this role, he was instrumental in instituting the company's investor relations operations throughout its IPO procedures in the U.S. and Hong Kong. Prior to this, Jack spent over four years at a reputable investor relations consulting agency, where he excelled in developing and executing robust investor relations programs for a broad range of U.S. and Hong Kong-listed companies. These experiences significantly enriched his expertise in various sectors. Earlier in his career, Jack demonstrated his strategic communications acuity as the Head of International Communications at a Chinese healthcare and education company for two years, following diverse roles in the U.K. for a period of four years. Jack earned his B.A. in English communication and M.A. in Management from the University of Portsmouth.

Ally Wang , , , Sr. Account Manager

Ally comes to Blueshirt with several years of investor relations experience, both in-house and agency. Most recently, she served several U.S.-listed Chinese companies with a competing IR firm in Beijing. Prior to entering the investor relations industry, she held business operations positions at several employers, including NCF Group in Beijing and both Massachusetts Financial Services and Keurig Inc. in the U.S. Ally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston’s Northeastern University. Ally is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is based in our Beijing office.

Miranda Tian , , , Sr. Account Manager

Miranda Tian joins The Blueshirt Group with several years of experience in investor relations and financial public relations. Most recently, Miranda served at Ever Bloom Investment Co. in Shanghai and Christensen in Beijing, providing comprehensive advice on capital market operations, refinancing, and partial tender offer for Chinese companies publicly traded or proposed for listing in the U.S, Hong Kong, and A-shares markets. Prior to entering the investor relations industry, she served as a financial assistant for a company in Africa. Miranda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Zhengzhou University, majoring in English. Miranda is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is based in Blueshirt’s Shanghai office.

Annabel Gan , , , Associate

Annabel comes to Blueshirt Group with a background in creative brand management and blockchain. Prior to joining the investor relations industry, Annabel held project management and business development positions in advertising production, blockchain, and the arts. She graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University with a bachelor’s degree in Translation in 2018. Annabel is fluent in English and near-fluent Mandarin, and is based in our Beijing office.

US Based

Steven Pelayo, CFA , , , Managing Director

Steven has been in investment banking and equity research for over 20 years. For ten years, he was a Managing Director and Regional Head of Technology for HSBC in Hong Kong, where he covered global companies such as Apple and regional leaders in the semiconductor sector. He managed a team of technology analysts covering more than 100 companies throughout Asia and wrote thematic and strategy reports. He was recognized by Bloomberg, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and Starmine for stock picking, both within the semiconductor sector and across Asia. Prior to HSBC, he worked on the buy-side as a research consultant to S.A.C. Capital. From 1996 through 2003, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley (sell-side) covering the semiconductor capital equipment industry. He received a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst certification.

Jennifer Ly , , , Director

Jennifer Ly joined The Blueshirt Group in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she was a broadcast journalist for the NBC affiliate WHEC, where her on-air experience included breaking news and general assignment reporting. Prior to television news, Ms. Ly was a Vice President of Capital Markets and Compliance at Merrill Corp.

She has experience in 1933 & 1934 Securities Act (IPO, M&A, financial reporting), Consulting/Project Management, Stakeholder Relations, Government Relations and Public Relations in energy and natural resources (rare earths, oil & gas and mining). She holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP), a Bachelor of Science (B.S.B.A.) in International Business and a Bachelor of Art (B.A.) in Public Policy all from the University of Denver. She earned her second Master’s degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago. A Colorado native with five years of living in Chicago under her belt, Jenny is based out of the New York City office and can speak Vietnamese and Mandarin.

Silvia Chen, CFA , , , Director

Silvia joined the Blueshirt Group in January 2021. Prior to Blueshirt, she worked as investment analyst at Haitou Global and Pantheon Pacific Capital Management, covering emerging tech sectors such as cleantech, fintech, adtech and so on. Silvia passed Level III CFA exam in 2019. She holds a MS in Finance from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, and BS dual degrees in International Business from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and RMIT University. Silvia is based in Blueshirt’s New York office.

J. Cody Fletcher , , , Account Manager

Cody joins Blueshirt with a rich skillset encompassing leadership, business operations, financial expertise and effective communications. Cody was most recently a “fractional CFO” with Titan Advisory, providing financial operations services to a portfolio of startup clients. Cody has significant financial services experience, spending over a decade as a Personal Financial Planner at an RIA with over $1 billion in AUM. Cody’s experience extends to entrepreneurial ventures, having spent time managing the day-to-day operations of a famous recording studio and launching his own nutraceutical company. Cody is based in Blueshirt’s New York office.

Rachel Wang , , , Associate

Rachel (Ruiqi) Wang joined The Blueshirt Group in October 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she held the position of accounting associate at ZY Accounting Service Inc, where she specialized in managing the company's business taxes, facilitating communication between various entities, including the IRS and auditors, as well as handling payroll taxes. Prior to that, she was an attorney associate at Meng Cheng Immigration Law Firm. Rachel completed her Master's Degree in Finance from Baruch College in 2022 and has bilingual language skills, being fluent in both Mandarin and English. She is currently based in our New York Office.

Kevin Wu , , , Associate

Kevin was added to the Blueshirt team due to his know-how regarding social media, corporate content moderation and emerging digital platforms. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s top-ranked Annenberg School for Communication and Marshall School of Business, where he was trained in strategic public relations, marketing and journalism. Kevin has prior experience at international public relations firm Hill+Knowlton Strategies as well as District One, an agency representing food/beverage/hospitality clients. He has consulted on and executed projects in the consumer, technology, sports and entertainment, and finance sectors. Kevin keeps his finger on the pulse of new industry trends, allowing him to brainstorm tailored, innovative and creative solutions. He is currently based in New York.

Europe Based

Silvia Feng , , , Senior Consultant

Silvia joined Blueshirt Group in August 2021. Before that, she spent 6 years in Franklin Templeton, CLSA, and 86Research, specializing in investor education and investor relations. She also has rich experience in bilingual journalism and communications after 5 years in the role of English news reporter, editor, and TV production specialist at the chamber of commerce, national newspaper and TV channels. Silvia obtained her MA in Conference Interpretation at Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She is the champion of the International Simultaneous Interpretation Contest and a holder of the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.
